Aloo pyaz ke pakode is very easy to make and it's taste is very good. mouthwatering potatoes and onions pakora best reward of rainy day with tea.
Now start aloo pyaz ke pakode
Ingredients
4- aloo (potatoes) cut into small cubes
pyaz(onion) finely chopped
2 cup besan (gram flour )
Green chilli finely chopped -1
Ginger finely chopped- 1 slice
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Green coriander leaves finely chopped - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste
How to make aloo pyaz ke pakode
Mix onion, potatoes, chilli, ginger, coriander, red chilli powder, cumin, seeds, baking Soda, salt and besan (gram flour )
In a bowl add some water to make thick batter
With wet palms add small portion of batter
into hot oil. Deep fry the pakodas till golden brown.
Drain on an absorbent paper. Break into smaller pieces and fry again in the same oil till crisps and cooked. Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato catchup.
