Panjabi Kadhi pakora recipe







Panjabi kadhi pakora is Indian gram flour and curd curry with fried vegetables pakoras and season with spices. Learn how to cook Panjabi kadhi pakora.

Ingredients
2 cup gram flour
1 cup besan for pakora
2 cup  curd
2 tsp  red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp methi dana
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp garlic  chopped
1 tsp  onion chopped

How to make kadhi  pakora
For pakora
Take one cup balance  ( gram flour ) in a bowl add some red chilli powder, chopped onion and salt and mix well and make a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan or kadahi add small portion of pakora's batter,  repeat  the process again and again and fry these pakoras  till golden brown both side.
Pakoras are ready now

For kadhi
Take 2 cup basan ( gram flour ) in a large bowl add curd and some water, red chilli powder, salt,turmeric powder and asafitida( hing) and mix well, remove all the lump help of your hand. Batter is ready now

In Rest of oil in kadahi add some cumin seeds mathi dana, chopped garlic and chopped onion saute them till brown. Add kadhi batter and mix well. and  continue stir the batter till boil now add pakoras  and cook it 5 minutes  more.  Kadhi pakora is ready to serve

Serve hot with rice or roti
