Matar (green pees) aloo easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients

Matar  (green pees) 250g
Aloo- 250g
Chopped
Matar  aloo
Tomatoes- 1
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Garlic- 6-7 flack
Chopped Ginger -1 slice
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Red chilli  powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Oil- 2-3 tsp
Salt according  to taste
Chopped Green coriander leaves

How to make matar Aloo

Take a pan or kadahi add some oil and heat it add Cumin seeds and cook it  till brown add chopped  garlic, ginger and onion  cook it till golden  brown  than add chopped tomatoes.
Cook  it  till soft. Add matar  and Aloo.
And cook it for 10- 15 minutes  on medium flame.

Garnish  with green  coriander  leaves.

Serve it with  rice or paratha
