Palak Paneer



Ingredients  for Palak Paneer
500g -Palak 
250g- Paneer 
Garlic -10-12 flack 
Green chilly-2-3 pc
Onion - 1 pc 
Turmeric  powder -1/2 tsp
Oil 2-3 tsp 
Salt  to  taste 

How to  make  Palak Paneer

Wash Palak properly and keep aside
Take a pan or kadahi add some oil and heat it add cumin seeds, garlic ,onion
and green chilly  salt and Turmeric  powder cook it  till  brown.
Add Palak  and cook  it till get soft.
Now  cut Paneer in to cubes  and keep aside

Take with all spices Palak in to mixture grinder  and bland it very fine and stoothe gravy.

Now take it again into a pan boil it for minute , add Paneer and cook  for two minutes more.

Lastly add cream, strir it well  and ready to serve.

Serve hot with roti or paratha.
