Soya bean is good source of protein, soya bean can help control blood sugar levels , lower cholesterol, regulate the bowels and relieve constipation. Today I am sharing a healthy and tasty recipe of soya bean granules paratha. Learn how to make paratha with soya bean.
Ingredients
2 cup wheat flour
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
For stuffing
1 cup soya bean granules soaked.
1 tsp chopped onion.
1tsp chopped green coriander
1tsp finely chopped green chilli
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 black pepper powder
1/2tsp dry mango powder
1tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chat Masala
Salt to taste
How make soya bean paratha
Add wheat flour in a bowl add oil and salt knead the flour by adding water. And keep aside for 10 min. For the mean time prepare stuffing
Heat a pan add oil and heat it add onion and saute till golden brown add all the spices and saute for a minute add some water if required add green chilli now and add soaked soya granules cook for 2 minutes. And turn off the flame. And keep aside mixture to cool.
Now make balls of dough in equal parts
Take a flatten ball, roll it 3-4 inch diameter circle
Put the stuffing inside and seal it by gathering the edge into the center.
Flatten it using hand and roll into 6 inch diameter circle, use dry flour to make rolling easy.
Now heat a pan or taba on medium heat to fry paratha. Brush with ghee or butter on both sides.
Cook both sides till golden brown
And remove from heat.
Follow same process to rest of parathas.
Serve hot with butter or curd.
