Soybean aloo Masala Curry recipe



Soya bean is very healthy food. They have many health benefits.  Good source of protein. Today I am sharing very easy and tasty recipe soya been a look masala recipe.  Learn how to make this recipe easily. 

Ingredients
1 cup soya bean  chunks soaked.
2 aloo medium size
1 tsp chopped  onion
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped  ginger
1 chopped tomato
1tsp chopped  green coriander
1tsp finely  chopped  green chilli
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garamMasala
3-4 tsp Oil
Salt  to taste

Prepared  time: 25 min.
Cook time : 15 min.
Serve: 4


Washed soya chunks and soaked for 25 minutes.  Peel aloo and cut in to cubes.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat add cumin seeds and chopped ginger  garlic saute  till golden brown. Now Add chopped onion  saute till golden brown. Than add tomato and cook it till soft.

Add all the spices  cook for a minute,  add 2 tsp water so that spices cooked completely. Now add soya chunks  and cook for 5 minutes so that they soaked all spices into them.


Now add potatoes and 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Cover the pan by lid and cook  it till potatoes get soft.



Garnish  with green coriander  and serve with roti or rice.
