Suji ke papad











Suji ke papad  is very easy to make during summer  season.  Learn how to make suji ke papad in a easy way.

Ingredients

1 cup Suji (semolina )
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp  oil
Salt to taste
Water 6 cup

Prepared  time -5 minutes 
Cook time - 45 minute
Serve - 3-4


How to make  suji  ke  papad

Heat a thick bottom pan and add 6 cup of water to it add jeera  ( cumin seeds ) salt, suji and stir slowly. And mix well. Add oil and mix well Place this pan on high flame to boiling and stir continuously till mixture start boiling. When color changes towards transparent turn off the flame.

Now spead a plastic  sheet take a spoon full of batter and start placing,maintain  equal distance in between.

Allow  to papad for dry for 2-3 days in hot sun.

Make sure that papad is dried properly.
Store  them in an air tight container.
